You are here because you started realizing that you’re flooded with big emotions and get overwhelmed and anxious easily. Big things (projects, deadlines, transitions…) at home, work, or school await you, and you don’t even know where to start! You’re feeling “stuck,” and this leads to your emotions getting bigger and you start to lose control of the situation. It makes you want to just crawl under a blanket and hide so you don’t have to think about it.

Therapy Services

ADHD

Managing emotions, increasing motivation, and learning new executive functioning skills are things you will learn as we work together to help you understand the causes of and solutions for these issues. I SEE YOU.

Anxiety

You will explore your triggers, acquire new coping skills, and learn to reframe the negativity that often leaves you feeling stuck in “what if” mode. I HEAR YOU.

Depression

Imagine you were feeling happy, productive, and motivated to start your day, but instead you get the, “I’m-not-getting-out-of-bed-because-I-can’t-do-life-today” feeling. You will explore, learn, and grow from the patterns that got you here, and be able to overcome new challenges with confidence. I FEEL YOU.
